Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct displayed on or through FanVori ("the Platform") were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

With respect to all visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct displayed on or through this Platform, whether hosted directly by FanVori or uploaded by third-party creators, records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by the Custodian of Records identified below.

Custodian of Records

This information must be completed with accurate details before the platform accepts real users or hosts any sexually explicit content.

Creator Obligations

Creators who upload content to the Platform are considered "secondary producers" under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. By uploading any content depicting sexually explicit conduct, creators represent and warrant that:

• All persons depicted in such content were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created.
• They have inspected and verified government-issued photo identification for each depicted performer confirming date of birth.
• They maintain the records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including each performer's legal name, date of birth, any other names used, and a copy of the identification document inspected.
• Such records are available for inspection as required by law.

Creators must retain these records for a minimum of seven (7) years following the last date the content is distributed, and must make them available to the Custodian of Records upon request.

Exemptions

Content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2) is exempt from these record-keeping requirements. However, all content on the Platform remains subject to our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, including the requirement that all depicted persons be at least 18 years of age.

Reporting Concerns

If you have reason to believe that any content on the Platform depicts a minor, please report it immediately to safety@fanvori.com. We will investigate and, where required, report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
