Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FanVori ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this Platform under any circumstances.

The Platform may contain or facilitate access to adult content. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18 years of age and to report violations to applicable authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Creator Content

Creators are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, or make available through the Platform. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you post.
• All persons depicted in your content are adults aged 18 or older and have consented to being depicted.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant FanVori a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver your content as necessary to operate the Platform.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Any content depicting minors in a sexual context (CSAM). This will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn").
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence, hate, or discrimination.
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful content.
• Impersonation of any person or entity.

6. Payments and Platform Fees

Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. FanVori charges a platform fee on all transactions:

• Free plan: 15% platform fee on all transactions.
• Pro plan: 10% platform fee on all transactions, plus a $59/month subscription fee.

Payouts are subject to Stripe's terms and payout schedules. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

7. Fan Subscriptions and Refunds

Fan subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All sales are generally final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases of demonstrable technical failure or platform error. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

8. DMCA and Content Takedowns

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with a DMCA takedown notice including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. 9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANVORI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

FanVori is not responsible for the content posted by users and does not endorse any user content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FanVori is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
